e-Government conference "Where we are, Where we are going", 14-15th November, 2013 Vilnius

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are one of the key modernising powers of  modern society, as well as of public administration. E-government conferences have been held since 2001 in the European Union (at ministerial or higher level) where issues relevant to  e-government development have been discussed.
